Presentation Guidelines

Each presentation is allotted a total of 20 minutes—up to 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions.

There is no required template for presentation slides; however, please use a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Presenters must check in with their session chairs and upload their slides to the conference laptop (via USB or USB-C) no later than 15 minutes before the session begins. Slides should be placed in the folder corresponding to the correct day and session, and the filename should begin with the first author’s last name.
